Whether you are onboarding a group of fresh faces or setting up specialized training goals, you can now create a standardized template for any role in your team. No more setting up timelines one user at a time—just set it once, and let the system do the rest!
Here is your quick and simple guide to mastering Team Learning Journeys.
🛠️ How to Create a Team Learning Journey Template
Ready to build your template? Just follow these steps:
Go to Smart Skills and select Team. Click on the Team Learning Journeys button.
Select a Role: Choose the specific job title you want to create a roadmap for (e.g., Tech, Operator, Technician)

Customize the Timeline: For each skill, specify a comfortable time frame for completion—like
4 weeksor3 months. You can also drag and drop the order.

Choose Who it Applies To: Click Save Learning Journey. A pop-up will ask who this should apply to. You can choose to:
Apply to New Members: Keeps current team roadmaps exactly as they are and only gives this layout to future joiners.
Update Current: Instantly rolls out the new timeline across your existing team members sharing that job title.
✨ The Best Part? When a new user joins your team under that job title, their specific calendar due dates will automatically calculate based on the time blocks you set up!
🎛️ New & Improved Roadmap Controls!
Organizing a long list of skills can sometimes feel daunting. To give you the smoothest experience possible, we’ve added two fantastic new controls to your setup page:
Drag-and-Drop: See a skill you want to shuffle? Simply grab the handles on the left side of any row and drag it right into its perfect spot in the order.
Quick Position Input: If you have dozens (or hundreds!) of skills and don't want to drag things up and down a long list, just type the number of the desired rank directly into the position box.
💡 What Your Team Sees
Once assigned, your team members can jump right into their Smart Skills app to stay on track. By sorting their page by Completion Order, they will get a clean, prioritized view of exactly which skills to focus on first, alongside their auto-calculated due dates.
