Quick Report Navigation
L2L has released a couple of great new features that we hope you'll just love! The first is our new Quick Report Navigation tool. Previously, you would be working away on a report, when suddenly you wanted to grab a piece of data from another report. Now, instead of having to open a new window, new tab, or a completely different report, the entire list of all L2L Reports is visible! Right along the left hand navigation section of any and every page, whenever you are currently viewing a report! Save all those extra clicks for a real clicker emergency.
Wherever you see the squiggly upward'ish pointing symbol as captured in the snippets below, you'll immediately know you can click on that icon to see the list of available reports in one location. All while still viewing the report you're currently working in. You can now quickly jump between reports.
Just hover over any part of the sliver on the left nav list and the reports menu will auto-expand. For you Mobile Device users, we've got you covered, too. Just click on any part of the of that sliver to expand the reports sub-menu.
Hover over reports list; click link to desired report; voila! Report form. Easy as Hover, Click, Jump to Report, repeat. And what may be the best part of all, the Reports list scrolls independent of the rest of the page!
Scroll down to view the 'Report Squiggle' icon in its natural environment.
Scrolling, scrolling, scrolling! Keep that data scrolling!
Not so fast. Well, pretty dang fast, actually.
Now that you're a Reporting Ninja with Superhero powers, add this arrow to your quiver. How would you like to be able to switch between Chart Types right from the View Report screen, quick fast like a bunny? Your wish was our command. No more returning to the Report setup and filter page to change the chart or data display style. You can do it immediately while you are viewing the report you've just generated. Look for the Bar Chart icon near the right end of the dark gray tool bar that specifies the name of the report you've run. From the bar icon drop down, choose between Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Histogram, Calendar, or Table Display view options.
