📕Setup - Edit Dispatch Tag Thresholds

Dispatch Tag Thresholds are used o indicate if a machine has multiple recurring dispatches of a specific impact type over a set time period. This alerts you that you need to take a look at a specific machine that appears to have a trending issue to address before a potential failure occurs.

The downtime field on the dispatch screen can be set to change background color based the amount of downtime

• Go to the ‘Setup’ menu and click ‘Edit Dispatch Tag Thresholds’
• Select the Area from the drop-down list or select Set All Areas
• Dispatch Occurrence Thresholds or Dispatch Time Open Thresholds
• Enter up to Time Frame in hours of the time frame you want the system to monitor recurrence of dispatches.
• Select the # of occurrences or minutes you want to set. 
• Select colors, check White Text to set font to white on dark backgrounds
