📕Setup - Tooling Statuses
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Overview
There are two standard system statuses available: Idle and In Use. Idle is used when tooling is no longer in use and is waiting for the next model. In Use is used when tooling is on the machine and cycles are counting against it. Site Statuses can also be added as needed.
Note: Putting tooling in Idle status while it remains associated with a machine will continue to count cycles against it. A best practice is to remove the tooling from the machine when not in use and associate it with a designated machine (e.g., "Back Shop") instead.
