📕 Setup - Dispatch Status

Dispatch Statuses are used to track the status/states of an event (wait time, idle time, waiting parts time, etc.). This system has predefined statuses that trigger automatically based on conditions. The naming of system statuses can be edited if needed by clicking on the status you chose to edit and editing from the edit screen

System Statuses

New – Waiting: This status is triggered when event is reported and stays in New status until resource is dispatched to event

Work In Progress: Triggered when resource(s) are actively dispatched to event

Idle: Triggered when no resources are actively dispatched to event after initially being in Work In Progress status.   Note: Idle time and New time equal the total time event was left unattended

Machine Up: Triggered once event is completed but not closed out.

 

Adding Statuses

  • To add statuses go to the Setup Menu and click ‘Dispatch Status’
  • Click ‘Add New’ located in the upper right corner on the “Dispatch Status” bar
  • Enter status description
  • Select Dot Indicator Color
  • Click ‘Save’

Note: Custom Statuses are not automatically initiated and will need to be manually set from the Dispatch Update screen when conditions are met. Once this has been done, you will need to manually define system statuses.
