Recreate Accidentally Deleted Pitches
Pitches can be accidentally deleted by someone who is trying to edit the Production Schedule. They may have inadvertently selected the wrong day or date or shift time. What now?
No worries! This is easy to fix, provided you have Administrator level access in the Production Module. And there is more than one way to do this. You can edit Pitiches by going in through the Production tab and/or from the Operator Portal.
- From the PRODUCTION tab on your home screen, go to Pitch Schedule.
- From the Operator Portal, click on More => Schedule
Either route will take you to the Production Pitch Schedule where you will find an option to Edit (click row to edit) or ADD NEW. If you want to restore inadvertently deleted shift(s), click Add New which takes you to the Edit Pitch Schedule Details. You can now restore the shift(s) by selecting date(s) and time(s). Make sure to save any changes. See the screenshots below and let us know if you have any questions.
Inactivating Pitches
Alternatively, you may have loaded pitches that are not necessary and need to inactivate them.
Line Leads or Supervisors can go back through past pitches to inactivate pitches that had no data. To do so, you can click into the pitch you wish to inactivate from the Schedule, Operator Portal, or PitchBoard. You'll find an inactivate button or a check box to inactivate the pitch. If the pitch has actuals, you'll be presented with a pop-up message asking if you are sure as it will clear any data present.
If you have operators checked into a line that you want to inactivate, you'll first have to adjust their times from the User Time Tracking Report. Once the operators have been removed, you can select inactivate.
