Learn how to create, edit, and delete learning activities
What is a Learning Activity?
A learning activity is an action the employee can take to develop a certain skill. Learning activities could be in-person training or links to work instructions in SwipeGuide. Learning activities are linked to skills in the platform.

Create a Learning Activity
1. Click Smart Skills in the main menu
2. Select Learning Activities
3. Click + CREATE NEW LEARNING ACTIVITY
4. Enter a Learning Activity Name
5. Enter a description of the learning activity
6. Paste the link to the learning content
7. Add add relevant tags to your learning activity

8. Click CREATE

Edit a Learning Activity
1. Click Smart Skills in the main menu
2. Select Learning Activities
3. Find the learning activities you want to edit
π‘ Tip: Use the search bar or filter on specific tags to search for the learning activities
4. Click on the Learning Activity
5. Edit the Learning Activity Name, change the Description, update the Link, or edit the Tags
6. Press SAVE

Delete a Learning Activity
1. Click Smart Skills in the main menu
2. Select Learning Activities
3. Find the learning activities you want to edit
π‘ Tip: Use the search bar or filter on specific tags to search for the learning activities
4. Click on the 3 dots next to the Learning Activity
5. Select Delete
6. You will receive a warning message if the Learning Activity is used in a Skill Profile. Select DELETE to confirm you would like to delete the Learning Activity
