You forgot to start the changeover to a new order and now you're several pitches in! How do you fix this?
L2L Support can enable a Site Property to allow the editing of the Start/ End Dates on a Build Sequence.
1. Click on the Scheduled or On Hold Order in the Queue.
2. Click Edit.
3. Navigate to the Change Start/End Date button just below the 'Started' field.
4. Click the button and review the modal.
a. Enter a Start time and click Load Pitches. This will provide you with all pitches in the timeframe that are connected to an order, or not.
b. The highlighted pitches are already attached to the order - if your order was on-hold prior (has some built quantity against it), you'll want to keep those attached so you don't lose any data. To do so, simply click the box next to each highlighted pitch.
c. You will want to checkbox all the pitches you want the order tied to as well.
5. Click Save Changes.
If you are currently working on that Order, a Planner will need to edit the Product Order Build Sequence to Work In Progress this way the actuals and scrap are attributed to the built quantity in the Build Sequence. Note: The WIP Build Sequence will say WIP on the ekanban queue but will not show in Current or indicate what's left in the order.
Now on the Operator Portal, click into each pitch and save it. If you need to contribute Actuals or Scrap you can do so at this time as well.
Note: If you change the End Date of an Order - the Product will still be present until you inactivate the pitch OR Start a new Order and Save the Pitch.
We will not attribute demand or target quantities for any pitches that the Start Date has been changed for. You can however, add demand through the Pitch Schedule.
