How To
- From the Landing page, click the Green Plus Button on the left side.
- Name your guide.
- Select a team, tags, etc.
- Upload File (Max size 50MB, PDF only)
- You will receive an email notification when the upload is complete.
- Review the Guide and Instructions to ensure they're accurate and complete. Address any concerns. Publish.
*AI Generated content will have a label indicating it was created via AI until the guide is published. This is because upon publishing it assumes someone reviewed it first.
FAQs & Troubleshooting
**Consider how you want the Guide layout to be - are your Guides by Line or Process? Consider grouping your SOPs for that Line into one PDF before importing - this will create a Guide with multiple instructions related to that Line.
Guide generation failed? It may be because the upload was too many pages.
