Learn how to sign in to your SwipeGuide workspace. You can set your password to activate your account or reset your password when needed.
There are different methods for signing in to your SwipeGuide workspace, depending on your platform and workspace settings:
βοΈ Email
Use your email and password to sign in if you've received an email invitation to set up your account.
π± Phone Number
Use your phone number and password to sign in if you've received an activation code via SMS.
βNote: If you would like to have this option activated on your platform, contact your Customer Success Manager to request this.
π Workspace Password
This is a shared password that allows you to access published content without requiring individual accounts. If you're unsure about the Workspace Password, contact your manager or administrator.
πΌ Company Account (SSO)
If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for your platform, you can sign in with your company account. This is an Add-on feature that we can activate on your platform. Contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.

Sign In to SwipeGuide
1. Open a link to your platform or scan a SwipeGuide QR code using your mobile device or tablet. The platform will open in your web browser or directly in the SwipeGuide Native app (if installed)
2. Choose your sign-in method:
- βοΈ Email: Enter your email and password
- π± Phone Number: If your account is linked to a phone number, enter your phone number (including country code) and password
- π Workspace password: Enter your workspace password. If you are unsure of the password, ask your manager or administrator.
- πΌ Company Account: If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, select 'Company account' to sign in through your company portal
Set your Password
Are you a new user? Follow these steps to set your password and activate your account:
βοΈ If your account is linked to an Email Address:
1. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to set your password βYour link will be active for 48 hours. If you do not activate it in time, ask your admin to resend the invite or follow the steps to reset your password
2. Enter and confirm your New Password
3. Click SET PASSWORD
You can now sign in to the platform!
π± If your account is linked to a Phone Number:
1. You will receive an activation code via SMS Your code will be active for 24 hours. If you do not activate it in time, ask your admin to resend the invite or follow the steps to reset your password
2. Open a link to your platform or scan a SwipeGuide QR code using your mobile device or tablet The platform will open in your web browser or directly in the SwipeGuide Native App (if installed)
3. Select the option I have an activation code
4. Enter your Phone Number (including country code)
5. Enter the Activation Code you received via SMS
6. Enter and confirm your New Password
7. Click SUBMIT
You can now sign in to the platform!
πΌ If SSO is activated on your platform:
You do not need a separate password and can log in with your company account!
Reset your Password
Forgot your password? No problem! You can reset it if you use the email or phone number login options.
βοΈ If your account is linked to an Email Address:
1. Open a link to your platform or scan a SwipeGuide QR code using your mobile device or tablet βThe platform will open in your web browser or directly in the SwipeGuide Native App (if installed)
2. Select 'Email' as your sign-in method
3. Click 'Forgot password?'
4. Enter your Email
5. Click SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK βYou will receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your password
6. Click the reset password link in the email
7. Enter and confirm your New Password
8. Click RESET PASSWORD
You can now sign in to the platform!
π± If your account is linked to a Phone Number:
1. Open a link to your platform or scan a SwipeGuide QR code using your mobile device or tablet The platform will open in your web browser or directly in the SwipeGuide Native App (if installed)
2. Select 'Phone Number' as your sign-in method
3. Click 'Forgot password?'
4. Enter your Phone Number (including country code)
5. Click SEND RESET CODE βA reset code will be sent to your phone via SMS. Your code will be active for 24 hours.
6. Enter the Reset Code sent via SMS
7. Enter and confirm your New Password
8. Click RESET PASSWORD
You can now sign in to the platform!
πΌ If SSO is activated on your platform:
You do not need a password and can log in with your company account!
