Setting up access to your Instruction Builder
Login with Email and Password
By default, users that have been added as Editors or Admins in any of your creation Teams on your Instruction Builder, will be able to sign in on the Platform using their Email and password.
Login with Company Account (SSO)
Another Sign-in option that can be added to your Platform is Company Account (Single-sign-on). This is an add-on feature that reduces administrative complexity and security risks by allowing your Teams to easily Sign-in to the Platform CMS using their Company Account.
-
When the Single-Sign-On feature is turned on your Platform you'll be able to choose if your Teams should be able to Sign-in using both options [Email and password] & [Company Account] or only [Company Account].
-
Allowing users to use both options is great especially in the case of temporary employees or external employees that do not have a Company Account but should still be able to Sign-in to create or manage content in your SwipeGuide Platform.
Note: Contact your Customer Success Manager to add this feature to your Platform.
