Tick the Email and password box to activate it
-
Add viewers to Teams. Here is an article for how to add users.
Note: Users that have been added as Editors or Admins in a Team on your Platform CMS, will be able to Sign-in to any of the Platform Workspaces connected to that Team using their Platform CMS credentials.
Company account (SSO)
This is an add-on feature that reduces administrative complexity and security risks by allowing your end-users to easily Sign-in to their Workspace using a Company Account.
Note: Contact your Customer Success Manager to add this feature to your Platform.
-
Once turned on by your Customer Success Manager, this feature will be activated for all of the Platform Workspaces and stay on at all times.
-
You can also use this option in combination with [Workspace password] or [Email and Password] options, when you want to give access to temporary or external workers that do not have a company account.
Once you selected your Workspace Sign-in options, your end-users will be able to access content using your selection.
