Resource Planning - Capacity %

The Resource Calendar will pull all jobs, including current reactive work, PMs, and Work Orders, into one screen, so you can see the workload and schedule the resources to complete those jobs.

Once the resources have been scheduled, the calendar will display a capacity percentage for each resource. For example, in the 72-hour view, if the resource is scheduled for 8 hours a day and assigned 12 of 24 hours of events their capacity would be at 50%.

 

 

Note: This does not double-count overlapping items.
