How to Acknowledge Trained Skills in L2L
L2Lās Skills Module allows team members to track, view, and acknowledge the skills and training they have completed. Acknowledging your skills provides clear accountability for your training and helps maintain accurate skill matrix tracking across your site.
Note: Before you begin, ensure that the Skills module is enabled under Site Properties > Other Module Settings in your L2L environment.
Method 1: Acknowledging Role-Based Skills (Home Screen)
Use this method to acknowledge general or role-specific skills assigned to your user account.
Log in to your L2L account and navigate to the Home Screen.
Locate and click the Acknowledge button.
A modal will pop up listing all the skills that require your review.
For each skill, select Agree (if you have received and completed the training) or Disagree.
Click Save to confirm your responses.
Method 2: Acknowledging Line- or Machine-Based Skills (Operator Portal)
Use this method when checking into specific production lines or equipment on the shop floor.
Open the Operator Portal and select your assigned Production Line.
Check in to the line by entering your User ID.
Tip: You can be checked into multiple lines at the same time if applicable, or check in additional team members if enabled.
Select the specific Machine (or choose All Machines) associated with the line.
Once checked in, your Avatar will display in the Operator Portal.
The system's Skill Matrix will automatically check required trainings for that line/machine and prompt you if any pending skills need acknowledgment.
Click your Avatar at any time to link directly to the Skill Matrix to review all your current and required skills.
