Create True / False Checklists for capturing performance data

End-users can easily indicate the status of machines, indicate the quality of materials, or confirm actions have been done by responding with either YES or NO.

  • Users will select the green check mark ✅ for YES
  • or the red cross mark ❌ for NO

After your checklist is created, your end-users will be able to submit checklists and team leads will be able to view the & analyze the submitted data:

 

Create Checklists

Platform Admins, Admins, or Editors can create Checklists in any Guide they can edit.

✍️You can also require an eSignature at the end of a checklist!

1. Open an existing Guide or start creating a new one

2. Click "+ New Checklist"

3. Enter a Title to describe the checklist and click SAVE

4. Click on the media icon next to the title to upload a cover image for your Checklist

5. Click "EDIT CHECKS" to create your Checklist

6. Click "+ NEW CHECK"

7. Under each check, write what should be checked. There should be only 1 element per check

8. Add an image by clicking the media icon next to the check to show the users what should they be looking for

9. Click on the "+" to create another check

10. Once you've added all of your checks, return to the Guide overview and PUBLISH your guide. Your checklist will now be visible to end-users.

Convert an Instruction into a Checklist

You can convert existing steps into checks by using the drag-and-drop feature within a guide to move steps to a checklist.

1. Open an existing Guide or start creating a new one

2. Click "+ New Checklist"

3. Enter a Title to describe the checklist and click SAVE

4. Navigate to the instruction that contains the steps you want to convert into checks.

5. In the instruction overview, drag & drop each step into your newly created checklist

Your Step is now converted into a Check!
