Confirm actions that have been done and/or indicate the status of things with Checklists

Both Instructions and Checklists are essential components found within a Guide. While instructions are designed to support capturing processes, checklists allow users to capture operational data:

  • Checklists enable end-users to confirm that actions have been completed and to indicate the status of various tasks.
  • In addition to the check finding, users can include additional details (text or media) based on their observations on the shop floor.

  • Guide Updates: If an admin or editor makes changes to the Guide, users need to delete the existing Guide and download the updated version.
