Capture operational data from Gemba walks, inspections & audits on the shop floor with Checklists
What are Checklists?
Checklists allow you to get more insight into your operations with digital checks. You can use checklists to confirm frontline training, track quality, and make sure safety guidelines are followed.
Common Checklist Examples:
Safety in the workplace
Hygiene on a production line
Maintenance execution on a machine
Quality checks on a product
Checklist Answer Types
Checklists are designed in the same easy-to-use format as instructions. However, instead of guiding users through a process, checklists ask end-users to capture the state of things. The questions are formatted as PASS/FAIL or YES/NO.
End-users can complete the checklist by responding with yes or no by selecting either the green check ✅ or red cross mark ❌. Additional information can be provided by adding details such as text, images, or videos.

eSignatures
To enhance compliance, end-users can confirm task completion with a biometric hand signature ✍ at the end of a checklist.

Adding an Additional Field for Data Capture
Sometimes, a frontline user will need to indicate important information at the end of a checklist that may not appropriately fall under the "Details" section per check. If your checklist is related to a specific work order, needs to be tracked against a document or part number, or if you need to allow for the frontline to leave additional comments, Platform Admins can now enable and name an additional field which will appear at the end of the checklist.
Platform Admins will need to navigate to Settings -> Platform and tick on the Checklist Extra Field. They will then be able to name the new field. This will appear at the end of the checklist for the frontline user to fill out as needed.
