3.17.26 Enhanced Dispatch Watch Notifications & Settings

We are excited to announce an update to Dispatch Watch, designed to ensure you never miss a critical update, even when you don't have the application open. You can now receive status change notifications through your preferred communication channels.

What’s New?

Previously, users had to actively monitor the Notification Center to stay informed. With this update, we’ve increased the visibility of status changes by integrating them with your existing notification workflows.

• Multi-Channel Support: Receive notifications on the channels you already use, such as Email and WhatsApp.

• Customizable Settings: A new Watch notifications dropdown has been added to your notification settings. This allows you to define exactly how you want to receive updates, specifically for the Dispatches you are watching.

• Stay Informed Anywhere: Notifications are sent based on your personal preferences, so you can stay up to date on your mobile device or desktop without needing to reference the Notification Center.

How to Enable

1. Navigate to your Notification Settings.

2. Locate the Dispatch Watch section.

3. Select your preferred delivery channels (e.g., Email, SMS, Web Browser, Web App, or WhatsApp) from the dropdown menu.

Note: These notifications are triggered by status changes on any Dispatch you have "watched" or are assigned to, ensuring high-priority updates reach you instantly.
