Dispatch

Dispatch Watch allows users to watch or unwatch individual dispatches so they receive notifications to the notification center when key updates occur. This helps technicians and managers quickly stay informed without having to manually check dispatch details. Note: The only notifications you'll currently receive using Dispatch Watch are for status changes and assignments.
