We've just released Browser Push Notifications as a more reliable alternative to SMS. We strongly recommend enabling them today to ensure you receive all critical Dispatch alerts. You can also view a complete history of your alerts in the new Notification Center - just look for the bell in your L2L menu navigation!

  Hi Ayuko,

  If mobile app notifications work for you, we encourage you to continue using them! Browser notifications are just one more method for our users to receive alerts.

  Hello Krista,
  Thank you for the information. 
  I tried out this new feature right away, but I couldn't really see much difference compared to the one I receive from L2L Mobile App. How are these two options intended to be used defferently?
