Sub Assets

To address the challenges faced by customers with complex machinery, we have added a 5th level of hierarchy—Sub Assets—to the Maintenance module.

Labor Efficiency - Track Planned Downtime using Dispatches. This allows the customer to easily log planned downtime events, such as company meetings or training, since those events are not considered planned downtime against the LMPU metric. Planned Downtime minutes would then be subtracted from the LMPU and Labor Efficiency formulas.

Microsoft Teams Notifications Integration

Many of our customers use MS Teams to receive company alerts and for collaboration. This integration will allow customers to receive Dispatch notifications directly in Teams.
