Having issues with your Single Sign On?
Test 1: SSO Users can only have their email address associated to one user account when the SSO Setup is done using email. To see if this is the issue, go to the Users Setup menu and type in the email address; if two results are returned, remove the email from the account that will not be used for SSO.
Test 2: Have you recently moved to a new firewall? If you have, your sign-on may be restricted until the IT adds rules to the firewall to allow L2L to authenticate. However, with L2L restricted, IT won't have access to see the LDAP configuration in L2L and will need the base path URL to update the Public DNS and IP. L2L Support can help with this by setting up a Zoom.
Test 3: You are getting a password incorrect error upon login. L2L Support personnel do not have access to your company's directory, and we cannot help you with SSO Login issues. You mush reach out to your IT department for assistance.
