Use the template links below to open the import template you need, download a copy in Excel format, complete that copy, and submit the completed file to L2L Support for processing. Instructions on how to download are as follows:
1. Click on the link to the template you need.
2. Select File in the upper left corner, followed by 'Download'.
3. You'll see a list of format options, select 'Microsoft Excel XLS'
4. The Excel version will be in your Downloads folder or at the bottom of your screen to open.
5. Complete the Excel file and submit it through the Support Site as part of an L2L Support request. Attach the completed Excel file and include your site or company name and the import template name so the request can be processed correctly.
