CloudDISPATCH has a wealth of reporting and dashboarding functionality that is designed to serve the needs of folks on the shop floor. But what do you when you want to match up shop floor data with Financial, Engineering, or HR and Personel data? You bring in the BI Tools!
We see a lot of customers expanding the use of CloudDISPATCH data beyond the shop floor by using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik. Our easy to use API, makes this very straight forward.
Depending on the tool's capabilities, you can consume the API directly, or you can use the APIs to sync that data to a local database first and then point your BI Tool to that local database.
The CloudDISPATCH data model is designed for 3rd party integrations. Using the "code" and "external_ID" fields with corresponding ID references from these 3rd party systems can help with joining the data within your BI Tool.
