Man Hours - an hour regarded in terms of the amount of work that can be done by one person within this period.
Operator Count x Planned Production Minutes / 60
If you take the sum of the LMPU (Labor Minutes per Unit) and divide that by the Planned Production Minutes + Non Production Minutes, you'll get an Operator Count. This number is rounded on the Pitch Board and Operator Portal Totals.
Now we need to calculate the Production Labor Hours. To do so, you'll take the Operator Count for each Pitch and multiply it by the Planned Production Minutes. Now divide by 60. Here is where we round the number for each pitch.
Now if you total up each pitch, you'll get the Man Hours we display on the Pitch Board.
You can set your precision for Man Hours out up to four decimal places under the Production Settings.
