Click ‘Add New’ located in the upper right corner on the ‘Users’ bar.
Enter a Username.
Enter First Name.
Enter Last Name.
Create a password & repeat.
You can choose to force a password change during login by checking this box.
Check Active.
Lock a user’s settings by clicking this checkbox.

Enter an email address. This needs to be added for the user to receive notifications by email.
Add a phone number. (optional)
SMS Email Address. Note: An SMS email address is formatted like a regular email address, but uses a cell phone number. For example, if your cell phone number was 555-555-5555 and your mobile carrier was Verizon, your SMS email address would be 5555555555@vzwpix.com. More information on that here.
User Group is a drop-down with system standard options: Resource, User, Administrator. For more information on the difference between these please see this page.NOTE: You can assign someone as a Resource and choose not to select a Resource Site. This is useful for Dispatch view access without the ability to Dispatch themselves.
If your company only has one site, you’ll find that one in the dropdown. If your company has more than one site using L2L, you can give access to those here.
Resource Sites: This drop-down allows you to be dispatched to the sites selected. Again, you’ll find one or many sites to choose from depending on your company’s L2L usage.
Resource Rate is available in a drop-down.
Resource Category is also a dropdown.

User Roles is a function for setting up the roles Users may take on a production line. These then can be used in the Skills Module for grouping of skill requirements on the production lines. You can set these up under Setup>User Roles.
User Lines are the lines the resource is available to be dispatched to.
User Authorization groups define where the user has access within the system. For more information on authorization groups please see this page.Note: You won’t see this field unless you are an Administrator.
Choose the shift.
Select a preferred language. L2L uses CrowdIn as our translation database. For more information on helping us translate L2L to your language please see this page.
Click ‘Save’.
Note: Adding User Photos: Images of Users may only be added after the User is created. When adding a new User click 'Save' then return to the User to add his or her image.
