What is the difference between System Status and Site Status?
System Statuses are just that. They are preset statuses defined and controlled by the System. They are determined and added by the System in response to actions taken within Dispatches: Completing, Closing, UN-Dispatching Resources which moves the status to IDLE, etc.
Site Statuses are defined by each customer and each site. Only Site Statuses which are defined by and specific to individual customers are available for selection within the Dispatch itself.
Note: Custom Statuses are not automatically initiated and will need to be manually set from the Dispatch Update screen when conditions are met. Once this has been done, you will need to manually define system statuses.
Dispatch users can choose from the Site Statuses created by and for your site and can be selected within each Dispatch.
System Status is determined by the System and cannot be selected or edited.
