📕 Setup - Numeric Grouping

Overview

Numeric Groupings organize related measurements — such as Weight, Torque Specs, and Percentiles — into a single set. Once configured, they will appear in an SPC Widget on the Operator Console and in Checklist Tasks.

Prerequisites & Preparation

  • You must have Resource Manager permissions.
  • PCQI must be enabled for your site.  If you do not see Number Groupings under System Setup, please reach out to L2L to have PCQI enabled for your site.

Step-by-Step Configuration

  1. Select Setup on the left-hand menu.
  2. Under System Setup, select Numeric Grouping.
  3. Select Add New+ located in the upper right corner.
  4. Enter a name in the Name field.
  5. In the Aggregate Type dropdown, choose from Sum, Avg, Min, Max, Median.
  6. If inactive, un-check the Active box.
  7. Select Save.

Under System Setup, select Numeric Groupings.

On the Numeric Grouping page, select Add New.

On the Numeric Grouping Detail page, enter a name, select an aggregate type, and choose whether active or inactive by checking the box.

FAQs

  • Numeric Groupings can be filtered by active/inactive status using the Filter button at the top right of the Attributes page.
  • Numeric Groupings can be exported using the Export button at the top right of the Attributes page.
Numeric Groupings can be exported or filtered using the Export or Filter buttons at the top right of the page.
