The Machine Number field on the dispatch screen can be set to change background color based on the number of downtime events in select period of time
- Go to the ‘Setup’ menu and click, ‘Edit Color/# of ‘Edit Color/# of Site Dispatches for Category’
- Select the area from the drop down list or select Set All Areas
- Enter Time Fame in Hour – This is the window of time system will monitor reoccurrences (example: 24 with track number of breakdowns in 24 hour period of time and trigger colors according to settings
- Enter up to four Occurrence settings and select colors, check white font box to set font to white on dark backgrounds
