How to request your Native App & how to access it for the first time

Get your Native App

1. Provide us with the following information: 

• Target group (e.g. who are your users; age groups)
• Scenario for introducing the Native App to your communities.

2. Upload App icon into your Platform

3. Give us your official confirmation

4. We deploy the app and submit a request to the App stores

5. The App Stores review the app

Note: It can take up to a few weeks for App Stores to make the app available

6. Your Native App is now public in the App Stores

​Note: You can keep your content private if needed. Just ask us to set up a Password Protected Viewer for you.

Look for your Native App in the App Stores by searching for [Platform name] + [Instructions] & download
