Active & Inactive Dispatch Types in the Document Center

Question: 

Why am I seeing Inactive Dispatch Types available for selection in the Dispatch Type drop down when I am creating a new Document or editing an existing Document in the Document Center? 

Answer: 

We have had this question several times from L2L users.  This is not a bug and is actually by design.  We make Inactive Dispatch Types available for selection because otherwise someone could inactivate a Dispatch Type by mistake and lose visibility to all of the setup relating to which documents are associated with that Dispatch Type.
