Learn how to solve "Email already exists" error message

When you encounter this error, it means the user is already registered in the system but is not part of your current Team. So, you won't be able to see the user.  

How to navigate around this: 

  1. Go to User Setup

  2. Select Teams

  3. Click Users

  4. Add Another User

  5. Save.
