How to Bulk Manage Dispatches and/ or Product Orders

If you need to close a large volume of dispatches or change multiple product order statuses, our Support team can process these mass updates for you.

Step 1: Export a Spreadsheet

📋 Option A: Bulk Closing Dispatches

If you have a large volume of open dispatches that need to be closed simultaneously.

  • Required Columns: Your spreadsheet must include either the Dispatch Number + Site ID OR the unique Dispatch ID.

📦 Option B: Bulk Updating Product Orders

If you need to set multiple product orders or build sequences to a new status (e.g., Complete, Canceled).

  • Required Columns: Product Order ID and Site ID.

✉ Step 2: Submit Your Request

Once your spreadsheet is ready, please submit a request to our team:

  1. Open a new ticket with our Support Team.

  2. Set the subject line to: Bulk Update Request - [Your Company Name].

  3. In the description, clearly state which target status you want applied (especially important for Product Orders and Document Statuses).

  4. Attach your completed spreadsheet and click Submit.
