SwipeGuide: Signing In to SwipeGuide for Content Creation 👩‍🏫

Learn how to sign in to SwipeGuide as an Admin or Editor. You can set your password to activate your account or reset your password.

 

As an Editor, Admin, or Platform Admin, you can access the admin side of SwipeGuide for content creation by logging into your platform URL via a web browser (we recommend using Google Chrome!)

 

If you are unsure of your platform URL, check with your Platform Admin.

Example: companyname.swipeguide.com/admin

Sign in to SwipeGuide (Editors, Admins & Platform Admins) 

 

1. Open the link to your Platform using your web browser

2. Enter your Email and Password, then click Login

Note: If Single Sign-On (SSO) has been activated for your platform, you will need to log in with your company account.

 

Set your Password

Are you a new user? Follow these steps to set your password:

1. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email to set your password
2. Enter and confirm your New Password
3. Click SET PASSWORD
 
You can now sign in to the platform!

 

Reset your Password 

Forgot your password? No problem! You can reset following the steps below:

1. Open the URL to your platform Tip: be sure your platform URL ends in /admin
2. Click 'Forgot password?'
3. Enter your Email
4. Click SUBMIT (Your will receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your password)
5. Click the reset password link in the email
6. Enter and confirm your New Password
7. Click RESET PASSWORD
 
You can now sign in to the platform!
