6.9.26 One-Off Dispatch Estimated Hours

We’ve introduced an Estimated Hours field for single-instance, one-off dispatches. Planners can now set and edit decimal hour values inline directly from the dispatch detail page or right on the planner card.

One-off dispatches will no longer render as disproportionately large blocks, keeping your timeline clean and accurate. This helps support additional precision to further balance technician loads without skewing capacity data.
