Improved Skill Acknowledgement Experience on the Operator Portal

On sites that don't require a username/password for check-in, viewing another clocked-in user's skills on the Operator Portal will soon behave more clearly.

Previously, clicking another user's skill indicator could make it seem as though you were able to acknowledge their skills, but it would silently do nothing because you must be logged in as that user to acknowledge their skills.

With this update, when you view another user's skills, you'll see a clear message explaining that you must be logged in as that user to acknowledge their skills. Your own acknowledgement workflow remains unchanged.
