Add Comments to a Pitch Without Updating Actuals

You can now save a comment on a pitch without entering production counts. Previously, the pitch dialog required actuals to be entered before a comment could be saved. With this update, operators can quickly log notes or document events mid-hour without affecting reported counts or scrap — simply type a comment and save.

Note: If actuals are entered below the target/demand, a comment is still required (existing behavior unchanged).
