Request Spares Machine Drop Down

Hello, 

When I look at an item under Inventory Control the list of machines the items is used on comes up.  However, when I go to Request Spares, the machines do not come up.  

Is there a way to have the machines list in a drop down and box selection when using the Request Spares feature.  I say this because, I am not a maintenance person, rather I work on supply and at this time I don't know all of the machines we have (I'm working on that.)  and this ability would help.
