2.18.26 New Share Button on Dispatch Portal, Spares Permission Change & Report Update

Dispatch Portal

We've added a Share button on the Dispatch Portal!

When you share a link, recipients will see the same filtered view that’s on your screen — making it easier to align on specific dispatches without additional instructions.

This helps streamline collaboration and ensures everyone is looking at the same data.

Reports

The Dispatch History Report now defaults to displaying 100 dispatches.

This update makes it easier to use Insights.

Please note: this change applies to every visit to Dispatch History, even if you are not actively using Insights. If you need to view more records, you can adjust your filters accordingly.

Spares

We’ve updated permissions within the Spares Queue.

Going forward, only users with Spares Admin permissions can use the “Close All Spares” action.

This change helps ensure better control, accountability, and accuracy when managing spares in bulk.
