2.13.2026 Updates to the Labor Efficiency Standard Time Metric

The Labor Efficiency (Standard Time) metric is now using Planned Non-Production Minutes instead of Planned Downtime Minutes in the Labor Minutes calculation. This aligns the metric with the reallocation tool and eliminates the need for customers to launch Dispatches to account for non-production events.

What changed: Labor Minutes = Actual Labor Time – (Operator Count × Planned Non-Production Time)
