1.30.26 A Clearer Name for a Broader Tool: Dispatch Portal

We’re excited to officially share that Technician Portal has been renamed to Dispatch Portal.

We first announced this change last year, and with this release, the new name is now live across the platform.

Why the change?
Over time, it became clear that Technician Portal didn’t fully reflect how the product is actually used. The portal supports dispatchers, supervisors, planners, operators, and technicians alike—making it a shared workspace, not a technician-only tool. Dispatch Portal better represents that broader audience and purpose.
