We're thrilled to announce the General Availability (GA) release of our powerful new generative AI capability: the "Machine Analysis" Lens, integrated directly into the Machine History page in Dispatch.

• Instantly unlocks the value of Dispatch data to aid Maintenance Managers to quickly make decisions about how to improve their machine performance and reduce downtime

What is it? 
The "Machine Analysis" Lens is integrated directly into the Machine History page. With just a click, instantly analyzes detailed Dispatch data to give Maintenance Managers:

• Instant visibility into their most impactful machine issues.
• Clarity on how well their fixes are working.
• Recommendations for the next best action.

Why is this a Game-Changer? 
No more digging through Dispatch data! This new AI capability eliminates manual analysis work by automatically diagnosing machine failures and evaluating fix effectiveness.

• It drastically reduces analysis time and accelerates decision making
• It provides immediate, context-aware insights about machine impact and action effectiveness, all on a single, easy-to-read page
• It helps to quickly identify machine failures, assess fix reliability, check PM effectiveness, and pinpoint root causes of common failure modes

How it Works 
This capability uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and detailed Dispatch History data to generate a tailored analysis. Our "Lens" is a predefined prompt that queries Dispatch data to give specific, actionable insights needed to improve operational availability. Next Steps

• Customer can start using the "Machine Analysis" Lens on any Machine History page in Dispatch today!

  Hi Mattias,

  No, we've set restrictions so that the tool does not analyze more than 25. We are looking to increase that number in future iterations.

  I'm also happy to announce that we'll be releasing a Line History Analysis later this month!

  Great work, L2L!

  Our maintenance coordinators are really exited about this feature, the AI analyses seems to confirm their own analyses, but it´s done much much faster. They see a huge potential and are already looking forward to an expansion of the tool to be able to analyze a line or a Machine Technology.

  I´ll provide more feedback for sure

  One question that popped up, is it the Machine History (Days) setting in the Area Setup that limits the data to be analyzed?
