Schedule Summary Report Discrepencies

Using the exact same parameters both times I ran the report, it came up with two different completion percentages.  On July 2 I had a 98.2% completion rate and on July 8 I had a 99.2% completion rate.  The report was ran for the month of June both times.  Does anyone else have this issue when running the same reports on different dates?
