Feature Request - Filters

It would be amazing to have all of our data be more easily Filtered/Sorted. So in reports, and setups and anywhere data can be filtered/sorted, having more options to filter and sort would be great.

Ex. Being able to use all the column headers as sorts or being able to look at dispatch history by reason codes (there isn't a great way to do that currently).

  We appreciate you leaving feedback! Can you tell me how more filters will help you and your site? What would you use them for? Why are they needed; what kind of data are you collecting and why? Any insights will be helpful!

  We are working on standardizing our setup across the sight and providing operations and maintenance with as much information as possible. 

  Examples:

  if i have a maint. guy in a new area he could search by technology if he doesn't know what something is called in that specific area.

  If i want to see if i have more issues with a device from x manufacturer vs y manufacturer.

  looking for pain points in our training.

  I know we have Z brand of camera, but i dont know where it is, or what its called.

   

  These are just a few examples.
