Smart Skills: Enhancements

• When a user expands the details of completed assessments, show the details related to each level

• Before: 

  The expiration date of a skill starts counting as soon as the skill is assessed at any level, even if the skill has not yet reached the required level

  After:

  The expiration date of a skill should only begin counting once the skill has reached the required level.
