Feature Request: Sending Messages to Individuals/Lines/Areas

It would be nice if there was a way to send a message to individuals, lines, or even whole areas that would display on the Operator Portal or Console. This would prove useful from areas of our plant to supply their product to another area to be further processed, or in the warehouse areas of the plant. A message could be sent to say there's a shortage and request a batch of a specific product to be run sooner to fulfill that shortage. Yes, I'm sure a dispatch could be created, but when an operator is not handling dispatches, they would have to depend on leadership to see the dispatch even came through before passing it on to the operators. Having something that will pop-up on their screen, similar to the overdue notification for Standard Work, would be ideal.

  That is something we would be interested in as well. Right now we send messages in the comments on the Op Portal.
