Priority Levels For Work Orders
Currently, there are only three levels of priority for work orders: low, medium, and high.
I would like to see an additional level added for emergency or immediate priority work orders, such as those for safety issues that need to be handled immediately. Perhaps this additional level could be listed as "Emergency", "Urgent", or "Immediate."
What are your thoughts?

I would like to see Priority Levels established in Work Orders that carry over to the Dispatch Screen when Launched. Or an established stand alone Priority Level on the Dispatch Screen aside from sorting by Dispatch Type. Currently there is no efficient way to prioritize Dispatches for our Maintenance Planners on daily outages.
