Feature Request: Dynamic Questions for Checklists

Currently, checklists do not have the means of asking different follow-up questions depending on the answer. Ex: "Is the product in spec?" If answer is yes, move on to next question. If answer is no, new series of questions populate next to get context on what is out of spec. Another example would be to then prompt a photo upload if a question is answered a specific way

Is this something that would benefit you?

  Tiffany -- I do already have a request that was opened and marked "solved" for this, and the JIRA number was given to me. I got this message included:

  "In addition, I encourage you to create a new post in the Show and Tell section of our Community Center to engage with other users who have similar needs and discuss possible workarounds. Conversations with a high level of engagement ultimately get flagged for product managers to review when they go through roadmap planning. "

  This would benefit us. I wish forms and questions in checklists were a little bit more dynamic or customizable. Like, we should be able to sum or count information and use formulas to populate other fields.
