Feature Request: RAIL (Rolling Action Item List)

On our current hand-written boards, we have a space for RAIL sheets under each KPI where we keep track of the course of action to resolve a problem. This would be a very useful tool for the Team Board module, either replacing or in addition to the "Corrective Action" section of the Team Board.

Is this something that others would find useful too? An example of our RAIL Sheet is below.
