11.13.24 Coming Tomorrow: UI Change to the Operator Fix if Tooling is Enabled

Tomorrow we are releasing a feature enhancement that will allow tooling to be required when creating an Operator Fix. In addition to this, tooling will now appear on the Operator Fix screen if you have Tooling enabled on your site.  The Operator Fix screen will have a slightly new look.
